This is a mini PSoC microcontroller board from Cypress built-in powerful functions for both analog and digital. This small project is built to cover all fundamental functions for PSoC programming - voltage regulator, RS-232 driver, LCD port, and ICP (In-Circuit Programming) port. Working area is also available for extensive circuit design. Sample application: Serial LCD controller, Digital voltmeter, Servo motor controller, and etc. Microcontroller is CY8C27443 (28 PDIP). Some technical features are listed as following - I/O port : 24 pin, Flash Memory : 16 kB (50,000 Erase/Write Cycle), Internal RAM : 256 Byte, Internal Clock : 24 MHz with out other out side component, Analog block : 12, and Digital block : 8
