This interface board is the big brother of the K8055 and is packed with even more features, making it the ultimate PC interface tool for hobbyists. The ability to control almost any device imaginable and get real-time feedback from your PC means virtually unlimited possibilities! The high throughput possible with this board will be a big help to anyone working with bandwidth limitations of serial and parallel port interfaces, and since the USB is handled in hardware, communication between your computer and the device generates very little CPU overhead! Like the K8055, all communication routines are contained in a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) that is provided along with Windows based diagnostic software. You can also write custom Windows applications in Delphi Visual Basic, C++, or any other 32-bit Windows development tool that supports calls to a DLL. This advanced interface has a total of 33 inputs and outputs that include both digital and analog inputs and outputs as well as one PWM output. Connection between the interface board and your computer is galvanically-optically isolated so damage to the computer is impossible. This provides an even greater level of secure implementation.
